Saraswathula Sivani is a classical singer from South India.
She was born in Hyderabad to Mr. Sridhar and Mrs. Saila Kumari.
She studied B.E in Mechanical engineering from ‘University college of engineering,Osmania University’ Hyderabad. Worked for ‘Infosys Technologies’, for 3 1/2 years and took a break from work to pursue music.
Currently she is living in Germany with her husband Mr. Advait.
Her guru’s in music are: ‘Hyderabad brothers’- D. Raghavachary garu, Mrs.Shyamala vinod garu, Dr. Vyzarsu Balasubrahmanyam garu , K. Ramachary garu, M Gopalakrishna garu. Sivani is Pursuing CARNATIC VOCAL and light music since 10 years . She finished Diploma in Carnatic vocal music with distinction from ‘Potti sreeramulu telugu university’, Hyderabad. currently Studying MA music from university of Madras,Chennai.
Saraswathula Sivani participated and won prizes in many music competitions at state and national level.
Given concerts in many prestigious venues ;TTD Tiupathi being one of them .
She was the Winner of ‘ Padutha theeyaga’ series 10 (2015). Singing in front of a legendary singer ‘Padma Bhushan’ Sri SP Balasubrahmanyam and getting his valuable feedback was an experience to cherish for a lifetime. Have started teaching Carnatic music since a year.
Sivani is a versatile singer and she keep interest in Carnatic music, light music, film music(Telugu,hindi ,tamil ),western and fusion music.
Family is huge pillar of strength to her. Her mother recognized her talent in singing and has been extremely encouraging in every stage of her musical journey since childhood.
