JOB DESCRIPTION :
Requirements:
- Offer support to the employees & business.
- First-line response for employee queries and document requests.
- Effective management of documentation and data from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Trouble-shoot employee issues resulting in solutions or referrals to appropriate personnel.
- Keep the integrity and data management
- Manage, maintain, and audit the HR Data.
- Ensure operational processes, procedures, and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements.
- Payroll data preparation and auditing for payment accuracy.
- Act as an HR consultant by offering advisory and support to the younger colleagues.
- Partner with HRBP & support with employee relations tasks for seamless HR experience.
- Support on employee relations issues where relevant.
- Ensure the output of daily work supports the work of other teams e.g. Payroll, Benefits, HRBP.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years’ significant experience and knowledge of HR services.
- Basic knowledge of local labor law for document creation e.g., local probation periods, number contracts permitted, lengths of contract, and extension periods.
- Have experience with expatriates and the VISA process (incl. Dealing with authorities) is a plus.
- General computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
- Like the administrative and data processing tasks.
- Excellent English & German written and spoken skills are essential.
- Have a strong focus on results and outcomes.
- Have very good skills in time-planning and multi-tasking.High Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- You are used to working in a multi-cultural ecosystem.

- You are enthusiastic and proactive.
